Premium-Rate-Number.com can set up an IVR at network levl to avoid the high costs of installing equipment at your own premises. You may use our IVR for a number of purposes, including:

  1. Auto Attendant
  2. Data Capture
  3. Recorded Announcement
  4. Call Queing

Auto Attendant

Voice prompts recordable by you the customer over the telephone.
Press 1 for sales etc.
5,000 minutes per month minimum usage level.
Can be used in conjunction with other products.
Auto Attendants if constructed properly can only benefit your callers experience of dealing with your company, for example by putting the Option for the receptionist first, followed by the most called department next, the caller will generally get access to the right person quicker than explaining their issue to a receptionist first.

Data Capture

If you require help in managing a large volume of calls into your call centre, Premium-Rate-Number.com provide a Data Capture service so you don't miss any of those important enquiries. With a maximum of 10 prompts and 10 responses, the service allows you to provide information and set up a series of structured questions that your customer responds to by leaving voice clippings on our IVR. For example, callers responding to a promotion may leave their name, address and telephone that can then be retrieved during quieter periods and transcribed onto CD or down-loaded over the phone. Possible applications include:

  • Competitions
  • TV Promotions
  • 'Out of Hours' Customer Service
  • Brochure/Catalogue request line

Transcription
Our IVR service can capture up to 10 fields of information without the need for a live operator. This service is ideal for promotional leaflet or brochure requests. Premium-Rate-Number.com can capture the various voice files deposited by the caller i.e name & address for brochure enquiries, or answers for competition hotlines. This information can be provided to you in a variety of ways.

  • 'Dial-In' remote access
  • Collect your voice files from an 'ftp' site
  • Burn to CD (prices on request)
  • Full Transcription (prices on request)

For example:
A holiday company wishes to advertise its brochure in the national press. On calling an 0800 number the customer is greeted by an automated response system and is taken through a series of questions and is asked to leave their name and address etc.. and the type of holidays they are interested in.

The information is recorded and passed to the holiday company in CD ROM form for them to mail the brochures to everyone who has called. At the same time the callers telephone number is captured (unless it is suppressed using the 141 service) and added to the data provided to the holiday company.

Recorded Announcement

Our PRE-RECORDED service allows you to set up and host pre-recorded information services. Whether you are looking to provide simple announcements or complete information services, Premium-Rate-Number.com allows you to configure and record your services remotely, giving you the flexibility you need.

  • Provides information for the caller.
  • Typical usages include Tipster lines and environmental warning lines.
  • Can play up to 10 prompts each with a maximum duration of 2 minutes.

Call Queuing

Calls are queued at network level until a termination line becomes available.
Up to 100 calls can be queued, however the default is set at 50 consecutive callers.
Qhilst queuing the caller can hear up to 10 customer recorded messages including information like queue position.
Paramaters such as Queue Length, Maximum waiting time, and Maximum number of calls connected are all controlled by you the customer online through access to our online management facility.
