  • Number Portability: You can keep your existing Premium rate number, even if your business moves.
  • Fast, free set-up: We can set up your service within 10 working days, and we don't charge an admin fee. (New customers may need to pay a £50 commitment fee, refunded on completion).
  • Itemised reports: Track the volume of your incoming calls easily with our online stats.
  • Total support: Every client is assigned a personal account manager, providning customer service and technical support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In addittion to setting up premium rate phone lines, you can opt to select from an extensive range of optional features, to create your own afforable custom-designed bespoke solution. Many of our premium rate customers have a requirement for fully featured call management solutions. Premium-Rate-Number.com is a subsidiary of Adept Telco Ltd, a full service telecoms provider that is able to provide a number of advanced call management features at the network level, and do not require any equipment at the customer premises:

  • Intelligent call routing to enable you to improve your call handling through:
    • Time of day - Call divert depending upon time.
    • Day of week - Call divert depending upon day.
    • Calendar date - Call divert depending upon date.
    • Area of origin - Geographic routing based on location of caller.
    • Ratio distribution - Calls diverted to various destinations on a ratio basis.
    • Intelligent diversion - Call divert on busy or ring tone no reply.
  • Interactive voice response (IVR)
    • Auto attendant.
    • Data capture / Transcription.
    • Pre-recorded Service.
    • Call queuing.
    • Network based Voicemail to provide cover for out-of-hours or busy times of the day.
  • Call Recording to ensure quality, security, and compliance with ICSTIS. Calls are recorded at network level, with no need for on-site recording equipment.
  • Management information - detailed analysis of the performance of each number is provided with statistics and graphical displays. We provide details such as:
