Customer Control

Customer control is via an Internet browser based interface. Two options available to all customers:

1. 0845 Dial up access through www.mydial.co.uk
2. Microsoft Secure Certificates can be issued and used to all parties that can supply a static IP address.

Benefits

• No service charge if using dial-up access.
• 24 x 7 Access.
• Customer can modify any of the call management parameters associated with the products used.
• Secure interface - Username and password control.
