Call Statistics
Customer control is via an Internet browser based interface. Two options available to all customers:
- 0845 Dial up access through www.mydial.co.uk
- Microsoft Secure Certificates can be issued and used to all parties that can supply a static IP address.

- Stats updated every 15 minutes.
- Secure interface - Username and password control.
- Reporting by Call, Area, Day, Month etc.
