Divert on Busy or Ring Tone No Reply.

  1. Divert on Busy.
    Calls are made to your NGN (Non Geographic Number, 0800,0845,0870,0871) and the call is presented to your own Geographic Number (e.g. 01234 567890) by our network.
    However your number is engaged!
    The call is then re-presented to another number of your choice.
  2. Divert on Ring Tone No Reply.
    Calls are made to your NGN (Non Geographic Number, 0800,0845,0870,0871) and the call is presented to your own Geographic Number (e.g. 01234 567890) by our network.
    However you do not answer for a predefined time (e.g. 5 rings or 15 seconds)!
    The call is then re-presented to another number of your choice.

Geographic Routing

Calls are made to your NGN (Non Geographic Number, 0800,0845,0870,0871) and the call is presented by our network to your own Geographic Number (e.g. 01234 567890) as defined by the location of the caller.

Standard Options

Calls coming from any of the combinations below can be split up and sent to different terminating locations.
4 Area Plan - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
10 Area Plan
- N.Ireland, Scotland, Wales, North West, North East, Midlands, Northern Home Counties, Western Home Counties, Southern Home Counties, London.
96 Area Plan - Counties. - minimum 50,000 minutes per month volume.
TV Region Plan - minimum 50,000 minutes per month

This product is ideal for multi office companies and can be used in conjunction with any of the other call management products.

Ratio Divert

Calls are made to your NGN (Non Geographic Number, 0800, 0845, 0870, 0871, 090) and the call is presented by our network to your own Geographic Number (e.g. 01234 567890) as defined your distribution plan.

You can have up to 10 different destinations for handling the incoming call, for example:

Call Centre A 20 Staff First 20 calls presented
Call Centre B 10 Staff Next 10 calls presented
Call Centre C 5 Staff Next 5 calls presented
Call Centre D 3 Staff Next 3 calls presented

Staffing levels can be amended real-time by your resources manager or call centre manager through access to our on-line management facility.

Time and Day Divert

Calls are made to your NGN (Non Geographic Number, 0800, 0845, 0870, 0871, 090) and the call is presented by our network to your own Geographic Number (e.g. 01234 567890) as defined by the time and Date of the call.

You can have up to 15 different options for handling the incoming call, for example:

A M-F 9:00-17:30 Calls route to 01234 567890
B Sat 10:00-16:00 Calls route to 01234 566778
C Sun 10:00-14:00 Calls route to 01234 098765
D December 25th Calls route to recorded message box A (christmas!)
E All other times Calls route through to out of hours message
