Premium Rate Information Line

All we ask is that you provide us with the content you wish your callers to access, whether it be financial information, promoting your business, news or sport information whatever you wish your callers to listen to.

Our clients promote their services in the media, their callers then call and listen to the information available with a cost ranging from 10 pence per minute through to £1.50 per minute, depending on the contents of the information these calls can vary dependant upon tariff and product.

Remote Update Facility

When the service is activated for our clients they are given an identification number, pin number and access number, this allows access to the service and either, listen to the current message online, record a new prompt or listen to the voice messages which have been left.

Data Capture

Data capture can be added to the information line.  Our standard data capture records the customer details, which are played back by dialling into our messaging system.  We also offer data capture to email, whereby recordings are automatically sent via email as a wav file.

Live Online Stats

Once you have signed up, you will be given the login details for the online statistics which will give you indicative details of the calls that you have received, and the estimated revenue earnt. Read more details...
